Why to buy a STORKS heating system?
Why are STORKS heaters better than gas heaters?
STORKS heaters are more effective and more efficient than gas heaters. 2800 watts of STORKS heaters heating power are equivalent to approximately 4000 Watts of a gas heater. So they need less energy! In addition, electrical energy is cheaper than energy derived from gas bottles. In total, so you can save 2 / 3 of your operating costs. Furthermore you have much less effort in operating with a STORKS heater, because electricity is supplied continuously without worrying about stockpiling. When using gas heaters you got the hassle of stockpiling, purchasing and storage (see » technology comparison)
Why are STORKS heaters better than cheap quartz heaters?
Again, STORKS heaters are more effective and more efficient than quartz heating element. Quartz heating element emits only longwave radiation, from which the air is absorbed. Warm air rises up or will blownaway. Even in closed rooms are quartz heating elements inefficient because they require much longer until they have reached the operating temperature.
Why are STORKS heaters better than heaters with similar technologies?
In our STORKS heaters we use generally only TOSHIBA Parys lamps. Comparisons have shown that these tubes have a longer lifespan and are much more stable than other models. Furthermore STORKS heater is only using it unique double parabolic high reflection grade reflector. This leaves no residue reflections on the tube and keeps it to the optimum operating temperature. The Toshiba specified Parys average lifespan of 5,000 hours of lamp can only be attained with this configuration.
The question of the outdoor use!
All STORKS heaters are IP24 splashproof and thus permitted for the uncovered outdoor use.
What is Infrared?
Infrared is defined in range between 780 nm and 1 mm (which are 1,000,000 nm).
One of the spectral classification based on the types of molecular vibrations, focusing on the impact of applications. The terms are not as clear as in the visible range and are defined partly by the applications or special physical phenomena determine why there are several different names.
* Near-infrared – short wave infrared (near infrared, NIR): short wave IR radiation which directly joins to the visible (red) area followed by 780 nm to 1400 nm.
* Medium infrared – mid wave infrared (mid-infrared, MIR) joins at wavelengths from 3 microns to 50 microns.
* Far infrared - long wave infrared (far infrared, FIR) is longwave infrared radiation from 50 microns to 1 mm and adjacent to the field of Terahertz.
